If you want to feel warm, welcome, and just happy to be there, go for the usual at Esposito’s.
Esposito's is what comfort food eats when it needs comforting. It is the simplest, nicest, most welcoming and soul-recharging place I know -- and you sure need some of that on cold, rainy days in northern Jersey. Esposito's is that home, just down the street from your home.
Espositos is as cliche as a small pizzeria can get but their food certainly sets them apart. I ususally get a chicken parm, or eggplant parm of some sort and have rarely been disappointed. A family favorite is the antipasta of any size.
The Esposito's menu includes everything you expect to see at a regular eat-in Italian place, and the majority of it is very good. My favorite items are the pizza with eggplant and garlic; the green salad with grilled chicken, which is actually delicious even if you're not on a diet; and their excellent soups.
I like this pizza. Usually take out, but I always dined in with family and service and variety was good. We had Lasagna, Pasta, Salad.
